Edit Timeslots - Missing

Hello!
I upgraded to the latest version 2.3rc from 2.2.

When I open a task, it used to show a place to edit the time slots that I had entered before, but now it just shows the summary of the hours worked.

I am logged in as "Super Administrator" with all permissions active.

How do I get back the ability to edit the timeslots on a task?

I found that the permission under "People" was modified for the "time" section even though "Workplace" showed permissions to everything.
