Do not send "has modified the comment in the task:"

Hello friends!
I have a problem, when a create a new task and assign it to mr. smith, he recieve a message to his e-mail adress, it's ok.
but if i edit this task then he recieve a new message to his e-mail adress like this

i.shatskiy has modified the comment in the task: ..................................

But i don't want this message to send his, how can i  shut off this message?

I think you'd have to unsubscribe him from the object to stop the modification notifications being sent :-(
