Private Downloads

The downloads of FengOffice shouldn't always be visible to all users, instead, the uploader should be able to select who can see the download (user(s), company or everyone).

This CAN be achieved.. just set up the right permissions.
i.e.: if you do not want someone in specific to access a file.. just do not provide that person with permissions
