I will not bother much about explaining about these issues, as countless other people have done exactly this since 2008 (according to my reseach in this forum) and obviously these 2 issues are still around. Any way to fix them ?

The missing lang.js message you can skip by tweaking app.js (the lang() function.

Below you find my tweak on versiion 2.2

function lang(name) {
   var value = _lang[name];
   if (!value) {
                value=name;                                      <<-- this line is added
   //   return "Missing lang.js: " + name;      <<--this line commented out
   }
   for (var i=1; i < arguments.length; i++) {
      value = value.replace("{" + (i-1) + "}", arguments);
   }
   return value;
}

The message 'missing lang' (without .js) you cab avoid by setting DEBUG is false in config.php
