How can we sort this mess of a project management system out massively? It has become so slow since we upgraded to version 2 that now it is taking 5 minutes to open up an email reply or assign a task to a member of staff.
It's getting worse and worse and is now actually costing us more time rather than boosting productivity which is our aim with a project management system.
It is generating thousands of folders and files on the server and is getting massive. It doesn't appear that it can actually handle daily usage as a project management system...
Please could anyone advise if there is anything we can do to speed this back up or have a clear out to resolve the issues else we face the ridiculous long task of migrating to another system (somehow).
