Hi,
how do you create workflows in Feng Office?
For example:
The task is: "Publish article X in online issue of magazine Y"
Step 1: Person A (editor) has to check, whether there is enough free space in the next issue. If there is enough space, Steo 2 begins:
Step 2: Person B (author) has to write the article and send it to an editor.
Step 3: Person C (editor) decides, whether the article can be publish or has to be modified. If the article is okay:
Step 4: Person D (administrator) has to update the online issue with the article.
So there is one task, that has to run through several steps and several persons have to work on it - always in the same sequence. It is important, that it's always clear, which task is on which step.
How can I solve this in Feng Office (1.7.5) ?
