Problem with 1.7.5 and upload file sizes

I have searched for a method to increase the file size from 24MB to 100 mb. I have edited the php.ini file as such:

max_execution_time = 300
post_max_size = 10M
upload_max_filesize = 100M

Still no change. Any help? :) Please and thank you!

There is more information about this in the Wiki.
You should also increase the post_max_size as well, otherwise it will not work.
