This is with FO 2.0 Beta3.
This suddenly started happening after a DDOS attack on the server. I had good backups of both the DB and the FO install, so I restored everything to make sure. No go.
Clearing cache doesn't help, as suggested in other threads.
I've also tried this on a *few* different web hosts (free) now to see if that made any difference. Again, no luck.
The only place I've successfully been able to get everything back to normal was to install apache/mysql/php on my ubuntu laptop and restore there, and even then it only worked if I chose MyISAM as the database instead of InnoDB.
Way back when I was running OpenGoo 1.0 this same problem appeared, and a two line change in some of the php was suggested that fixed it. I can't remember what it was, and a search doesn't produce anything other than the suggestion to clear cache.
