Beta3, How to modify user types (permission_groups)

Is it possible to modufy user types?

I see that they are stored in the table permission_groups, but where do I find the option to modify this table?

In the URLspace I entered after the questionmark:
c=administration&a=groups

This shows the permission_groups, but when I try to change I get:
Error 500 Internal server-error

Just ran into this myself on 2.0.0 beta3. It would be nice to be able to define additional user types with custom permissions.

It almost looks like it should work, since the permissions for each group show up as checkboxes. But you cannot actually change them.

Maybe the feature will show up when 2.0 goes stable.
