See all documents of all users of a group within a workspace

Just started using goo and it's great. I teach a small class of students and would like to check all their documents from just logging on as admin rather than logging on as each user.
Have placed all my users in a group and assigned them all to the same workspace but stumped how to setup the permissions.
It may be possible that goo can't do do what I would like it to do but hoping someone has a simple solution.

Using workspaces and setting correct permissions can sometimes be confusing, perhaps reading the wiki sections on workspaces and permissions (user rights) can be a good refresher.
