Why is Bugs board closed for new posts?

I've noticed a few errors running FO 1.7.5 but am unable to post them to the Bugs board.

For example, after launching, if you click on a Task on the Calendar in the Overview tab, you get following 2 errors:

Error: ogTasks, buildAssignedToComboStore is not a function
Error: App.modules.addTaskForm is undefined

The very first post on the Bugs board has the answer...right above the one that says Read Before Posting.
