So, I just updated from 1.2.1 to 1.3.1. Overwrote all the files with the new ones, except upload, public/files, and config. Then, when I went to my <pathtoopengoo>/public/upgrade directory, it doesn't let me 'upgrade.' It says I'm already upgraded to the newest version. If I go to the root directory, I get a PHP error... presumably because I haven't run the update script.

Help, anyone?

Got the problem fixed. All I did was delete everything except the /files/ folder from /public/, then reuploaded the new files, again. After that , it worked fine.

It's possible it was that my FTP client had messed up and not uploaded a few files, so, I don't know if there was actually anything wrong with the code.

Anywho, 1.3.1 looks great.
