I have never in my years of managing projects ever estimated the time required for a task 100% accurately and doubt anyone ever has. This is why having the % complete of a task be based arbitrarily on the hours worked divided into the total hours estimated makes no sense at all.
So my question is how do we allow users to add work and specify how much % complete the task is manually?
