Use progress bar Problem

I installed progress bar but it doesnt work

Check the installation:
      a- Browse to <URL to your upload.pl>?check

I test it. I wrote

 http://www.xxx.com/fengoffice/cgi-bin/upload.pl?check

but it doesnt work and download upload.pl file very load page what is problem ? plus I installed perl
