Is there a feature that allows reordering tasks?

There isn't right now. You can order tasks by the "Order by" field in the tasks toolbar. A workaround could be ordering by name and naming the tasks something like "01 - First task", "02 - Second task", etc.

I would have replied 'Yes'... There are many options at the "order by" combo.  :)
