[SOLVED] Valid config files was not found!

When upgrading from 1.2 to 1.3, I get the following error:

    * Valid config files was not found!

I compared the config/empty.config.php with the config/config.php. DIdn't see any glarining issues.

Any ideas?

**UPDATE**
uh, user error. Helps if the config/config.php is readable. duh. Sorry about the noise.
