uhm.. how about re-installing??

i got error too. but

that's because my gFTP(FTP program) misTransport some files..

i reinstalled. now have no error.

custom.css is not necessary. It actually doesn't exist unless you create it. It is included in OpenGoo so that you can add your own custom CSS rules into that file and keep them when you upgrade OpenGoo, because that file won't be overwritten. If you want to avoid getting that error message just create a file called custom.css in 'public/assets/themes/default/stylesheets'.
