Possible to grant read write permission except deletion?

Is that possible to grant read write permission except deletion? I do not want certain users be able to delete tasks, document, etc. but otherwise they could do whatever they want.

It's not possible right now. We will take it into account when we start working on permissions.

You may grant different kind of permissions such as no permission, R & R/W ones in different workspaces, objects, etc. But I do not completely understand what do you mean by 'permissions for address category'.. Do you mean if you can allow certain users to have email address or not set in Feng Office? If yes, the answer is yes, you can

I apologize for resurrecting an old thread but since someone has already done so I thought I'd tag on.

The original poster asked, in 2009, if it was possible to grant read write permission but not allow deletion.  I'd like to be able to do something similar - allow a user to read and upload files but not be permitted to delete files.  Is there a way to do this now?

If I should post this as a new question please let me know and I will do so.  Thanks so much!  I just downloaded Feng Office yesterday and I love it already!

It is a very simple implementation.

This change only allows administrators to delete files.
