How can I change colors?

Hello.

I'm investigating about the css files in public/assets/themes/default because I want to change colors from blue to other different color, but I didn't find the file or files where those colors are defined.

Someone can help me?

OpenGoo is based on a javascript framework called ExtJS. There's a folder called extjs that defines the style for ExtJS components. So you can change much of OpenGoo's look and feel by changing this. You can try searching for existing themes for extJS.

The rest can be found in the stylesheets folder and images folder.
