Version 1.2.1 Missing xls Extenstion after downloading
« on: February 28, 2009, 07:12:26 am »
Some of our users using MAC's with  MacOS X 10.5.3. There is a problem by donwloading a excel File.

The extension .xls is missing after downloading the excel file to the local harddisk. When you will open this file with excel you must first rename the file an put the extension in the file name.

Downloading a PDF or DOC is okay.

Hi Werner,

What kind of browser they're using ? Safari or not ?

You could also test to upload an excel file named test.xls.xls and try to download it from the mac.
Propulsé par OpenGoo 1.5.3 sur Xampp Windows XP SP3

Hi oxydum,

we tested both Safari and Firefox. Allways are missing the extension of excel files.

In OpenGoo we using filesystem for the uploads, so opengoo must give the right name when I am downloading a file.
