Feng Office 3 / Question: Transfer of E-Mails IMPORTANT

Hi,

I cannot update my old 2.5.1.4 Version of Feng-Office to the new Fengoffice versions, since 1 year I am working with the old version because of this error. I tried many to overcome this problem, but without effort.

Now I installed the latest 3.0.2 and transfer the data from the old version. Much work, but it works, but not with e-mails I sent with the old version, they are on fengoffice. I could try to make a sync so that they are in the imap e-mail account, but I cannot transfer them into the send folder of the new fengoffice installation. This is important for me, I need the send e-mails also in the new system.

So please can you tell me, how I get the old send e-mails into the send folder of my e-mail account in the new system 3.0.2?

Hi.

By this under "Send" in the e-mail client the e-mail is twice, one time with the folder name "Inbox".

Could you fix that?

Feng Office 2 / feature: IMAP support has been developed ???

Hi,

I installed 2.6 for the hope to have now an full functional imap-client included, which stores the sent e-mails direct in the sent order of the imap account for example.

But this doesn't work. I now have inbox e-mails also in sent directory in feng office and the sent e-mail is stored only in feng office (folder name in the list is empty) and not in the imap folder. With this I cannot work with this version.

So what means "feature: IMAP support has been developed"? What am I making wrong? Please help.

in notes German letters (öüä) are shown, that is ok, but not, if the content of these notes is shown in reports, here the German letters are missing

Feng Office 2 / replied e-mails too much line returns

if I use reply of e-mail there are too much line returns in the old e-mail, more replies will generate more line returns and the older e-mails have many empty lines between the text lines, oughful ...

could you change this, it is only a ltlle change in the code with a great effect?

Installation problems / Unknown column 'member_id'

After upgrade I cannot save notes i.e., I get the error "Unknown column 'member_id'"

Upgrades are often problematic, unfortunately no instruction is written for every new version:

so what we have to do for upgrading from 2.3.1.1 to 2.3.2.1?

I uploaded all files to the server, set all to 777, copy the config.php and the files. If I try to use the upgrade script, the upgrade from shows only 2.2.4.1, and if I choose it as the latest avaliable I get an error "Failed to execute DB schema transformations. MySQL said: Duplicate column name 'synced'"

so now I have the same error with the member_id and cannot exit, that shows a further error "Error
We are sorry, but Feng Office is not currently able to execute your request. An Error Report has been sent to the administrator. "

And another question is, for what stands "Check upgrade:
This cron event will check for new versions of Feng Office" in the cron section, here I never got a hint for an upgrade.

As in Joomla I wish to have an automatic upgrade process, that is a dream of me

Installation problems / Upgrade from 2.2.3.1 not possible

I have 2.2.3.1 and tried to upgrade to 2.2.4.1 and 2.3 beta.

But I get the same error in the upgradescript: "Failed to execute DB schema transformations. MySQL said: Duplicate column name 'hash'".

Feng Office 2 / Not working in 2.1?: Classify email attachments on drag and drop?

Hi,

Classify email attachments on drag and drop?:
Choose what should be done with email attachments when dragging an email to a workspace.

This doesn't work in my 2.1 installation. I know this super function from older versions, but with 2.1 it doesn't work.

I have chmod and chown rightly set.

What can I do, that this wonderful function begin to work?

Feng Office 2 / 2.1 in desktop view on iPhone

Hi,

Did someone test the view in iPhone? Not a mobile view, okok, but the normal desktop view should work, but it doesn't!

It is a pitty, that this is not working, so I can't use feng office with mobile access, even in normal view.

Any improvements on the way for the next releases?

Feng Office 1 / 500er Error (Solved)

Hi,

I installed the 0.8 version and created a html document. After few hours I am getting a 500 server error by the try to access the file again. I cannot open it again.

What can I do?
