Feng Office 3 / No email notification sent to new users

Hello,
I am testing out feng office and find it interesting. However, I have added several users as a test and have found that not a single one have received a notification email. And yes, when creating each user the box was checked to send email notification. If the notification system is not solid in a project management system, then it renders it useless. Hope there's a fix for this and I sure hope to get a reply on this matter soon. Thank you.
