Hello Bukbr,

You should not remove the tmp folder since it is used for many other things.

Could you send us the logo and an example notification?

In the meantime, on our latest release (3.4.1) we have included a configuration for deciding whether to attach or not the company logo in notifications.
You can found it on General configuration -> Notifications -> Attach company logo in notifications.
If you inactivate it, the logo will not be attached to e-mails.

We have cases in which we use mysql 5.6 and it works correctly.

Hi FuturepIlot and Lupu,

This is related to the way MySql is configured. Could you check this?
The problem is produced when you insert a log and do not specify a column. If this column does not have a default value defined on the table, it fails.

You can check this so that it only gives you a warning instead of an error in these cases.
