Hi

External Collaborator users with no Contact and no Email modules permissions and while disabled to see other users tasks in system permissions,
can see Subscribers in Properties of NOTES and with click on their names, have permission to see their contact information!

Based of FengOffice documents at    fengoffice.com/web/user_types.php
"an external collaborator  user of the organization: Can work on data, but cannot assign tasks." 
So the external collaborator user must have permission to read tasks

Unfortunately, we have to downgrade to 3.1.2.2
