1.4 final / Summertime Problem??

I am using (GMT +1:00) but now we have summertime.

When I create a note a 8:09 pm so the listview show's the corecct time. In the details of the note I a created time 19:09.

The same by time slots of taks. I startet a task a 7:15 pm an stopped at 7:45 pm. In the details of the task I see:  18:15 - 18:45

In this the same problem like here: http://forums.opengoo.org/index.php?topic=1624.0

When it is the same, will this problem fixed in version 1.5?

Deutsch / 1.4 final - DE-Übersetzung

Die Version 1.4 final enthält bereits die DE-Übersetzung, die Karl zur Version 1.4 RC veröffentlicht hat.

In der Datei fields müssen aber zwei Bezeichnungen geändert werden und zwar in Zeile 187 und 188:

change 'field Projects created_on_id' for 'field Projects created_by_id'
and 'field Projects updated_on_id' for 'field Projects updated_by_id'

In the Reporting by Conditions to new custom report for workspaces are missing lang:

Missing lang: field Projects created_by_id
Missing lang: field Projects updated_by_id

1.2.1 / Version 1.2.1 Missing xls Extenstion after downloading

Some of our users using MAC's with  MacOS X 10.5.3. There is a problem by donwloading a excel File.

The extension .xls is missing after downloading the excel file to the local harddisk. When you will open this file with excel you must first rename the file an put the extension in the file name.

Downloading a PDF or DOC is okay.

1.2.1 / Problems with Compress and Extract Option of ZIP Files

I am using for the handle with ZIP Files Filzip, WinRAR or the Windows Xp Functions.

As Browers I am using IE7 or Firefox3

After uploading a ZIP File there is no extract icon in the Actions column. 

I can create a ZIP form single uloaded Files in Openco. Form this ZIP File I gave an extract icon in the Action column.

After downloading this ZIP File to Windows XP, I am not able to extract this ZIP File. Every time I got the following errors:
 
Filzip: Error while reading a central file name
WinRAR: CRC error. The file is corrupted

Is there a way to disable the compress option in OpenGoo?

How To's / change format export .csv file to ansi

The format off export contacts to .csv file is utf-8 format. Excel can open this with double click, but special german characters like ä, ü, ö will not be displayed properly.

When I first change the format to ansi with an editor like notpad++ the special german characters will be displayed right.

The utf-8 format is supported from excel 2003, but then you have to open the .csv file in a special way (data - import extern data - import data - select a file and change the character set to utf-8).
For older excel versions is no way to import the .csv file correctly.

So is it possible to change the export format of .csv files to ansi?

Der DE-Bereich ist noch ohne Inhalt.

Nach der DE-Übersetzung wäre es doch gut ein DE-Wiki zu haben.

@Karl: Hast du in deiner Funktion als DE-Admin schon Informationen, was bei einem DE-Wiki zu beachten ist?

We have one workspace for all external activities. So we want publish all extrenal events from the other workspace in this workspace.

Two questions to workspaces:

1.
Is it possible to show the description for a workspace in the overview on the dashboard in a separate popup window?
A long description for a workspace shows very unformated in the overview.

2.
Is it possible to show the users sorted alphabetically when I edit the permission of the workspace to add or remove users form/to the workspace?

Feng Office 1 / 1.2beta2: Missing definition in lang.js

In the file lang.js in all languages is missing the definition"downlaod file"

In the listing by the documents right are the actions. There is a arrow for the download of the file. Here you can see the message "Missing lang.js: Downlaod file"
