After clicking on a link generated from OpenGoo we all get this error after login: "Error (InvalidControllerActionError)".

Solved with 1.2 beta 2

I always get "Your session expired due to inactivity".

How can I extend the time until the session expires?

I don't like the way that a new small login window appears because the password manager does not recognize this new window.

Feng Office 1 / Solved: 1.2 beta: Tasks tab "Error: document.getElementById..."

1.2 beta (using Prism):

If I click on the Tasks tab I get:
"Error: document.getElementById(config.userPreferencesHfId) is null"

and I don't see any task. The tasks I see only in "overview".

And I don't see any already generated web links in the Web Links tab.

This is only if I use Prism.

Where in the database the users preferences are stored?

My problem: I changed "Localization" to a language which is not working. And now I can't revert that setup because without the proper language files nothing is working. So I have to change it directly in the database.

Feature requests / Synchronize tasks with "MyLife Organized" (MLO)

I'm using a very good and nice tool for my daily tasks: "MyLife Organized". MLO is a desktop personal task outliner and to-do list manager which will help to organize goals, projects and tasks into a tree. Please see http://www.mylifeorganized.net/

I would like to have a synchronisation of tasks and to-do lists between MLO and OpenGoo.

Hi, greetings from Germany

We are using OpenGoo now for about two weeks for collaboration of clients and freelancers in Germany and worldwide.

I was searching for a software like that for a long time now and found it finally so I'm very happy now     

OpenGoo is a really outstanding solution. I didn't like the Workspace-centric system first but now I understand the advantages and love it. The possibilities are endless.

Keep the workspace-centric idea alive and improve it. This is one thing what makes this system stand out. The very nice user interface is another big advantage.

You did really a very good work. I'm looking forward to see many great improvements of a great software.

Feature requests / Settings per user

I would like to have the following settings per user, not globally:

- "Use 24 hours format for time descriptions"

- language selection

- "Work day start time"

- New feature request: Selection if week starts on Sunday (US) or on Monday (Europe).

Feng Office 1 / "Sorry selected email address is already taken"

Bug or feature?

I wanted to add a contact and during save I get: "Failed to save object because some of its properties are not valid  Sorry selected email address is already taken".

I's right, the email address I was going to enter IS already taken by an user but still I want to add this address to a contact. So OpenGoo does not allow me to do this. Therefore it's a bug for me.

What do you think?

Prononotes http://www.protonotes.com/ is a real nice tool. I would recommend to make some integration into OpenGoo.

Feng Office 1 / 1.2 beta 2: "Error 411: Length Required"

If I try to create a new task I get "Error 411: Length Required".

Selected a workspace --> Tab "Tasks" --> "New" --> "New task"

It appears only if I set Filter to "Assigned to Anyone" first.

Feature requests / Visibility of workspace description

At the moment it seems that the workspace description is only visible if I edit a workspace. Of course I can activate "Show description on workspace overview page" but then the description is shown without any formatting inline of the workspace title which isn't very nice.

I would like to have the workspace description somewhere else like a Notes widget or something like that.

Ideas / "Ideas" vs. "Feature requests"

Sorry, this question is because of my lack of english language:

At the moment I don't really understand the difference between the two forum topics
- "Ideas (Ideas for future development of OpenGoo )" and
- "Feature requests (Discussion of OpenGoo current and desired features )".

Aren't feature requests ideas and vice versa?

What kind of topic should go into "Ideas" and what should go into "Feature requests"?
