Francisco, Thank you for your work.
The error that I have written, does not occur in your demo version.
I suspect that is a lot of work of your colleagues with professional version of the program.
Unfortunately, the community version has bugs with utf8 decoding (see above).
I hope this will be fixed at some point, so my message is here!
And I very warmly necessarily please forward this information to developers, so the correction of these errors is actually not that complicated: the website for selection from the work area gets a value that can not decode.

This is almost certainly your server or database...  we run Feng 3.x and our db is currently 8GB and it is very quick to respond.  We run with 8GB of RAM (although you really don't need this much for FO operations - this helps when we mysqldump our db for backups, though), SSD drives, and with some caching optimization.

Feng Office 3 / upgrade 3.1.2.2 SQL error

After several attempts, I always get this error:

Failed to execute DB schema transformations. MySQL said: Duplicate entry 'sharing_table_partial_rebuild' for key 'uk_name'

does anyone have this error yet? Where is it in which script? How can I correct this?

Hmm have you tried in our Demo (demo.fengoffice.com) so that we can start discarding different things causing this issue? If it is a server setting, its solution is quite different from a code change.

In demo version is a professional. I work with community version 3.1.2, which is clear do? If I have the pro version, I will not write here.

There is a problem with decode. I ask but take this issue seriously.

the settings in the server are ok. I have two versions running 2.7 and 3.3.1. version 2.7 running perfectly. So, entwedr the problem in code or in DB. Please, you have more experience, help

In module workspace since upgrade to 3.0, there is a problem with the display when the workspaces are written in cyrilic.
Workspaces are no longer displayed.
In versions up to 3.0 was support for Cyrillic names without problem.
Can you solve this?
I have people from Russia and would like to have this support of Russian names in workspaces.

Внесите изменения в файле:

language/ru_ru/objects.php

строку:

  'unknown' => 'Дата не известна',

(Таким же образом и другие значения, которые не переведены)

Должно стаботать. (во всяком случае в немецкой версии работает)

Hallo zusammen

Vielen Dank für Script- funktieoniert perfekt. jetzt ist Ruckimport gefragt. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit diese Mails zurück in FO importieren? Irgendeine einfache Möglichkeit einfach in Posteingang bzw. Postausgang FO als ungelesen importieren. Wenigstens so. Klassifizieren kann man auch per Hand, wenn die Mails noch aktuell.

Besten Dank für Typ, wie ich es machen kann.

Die Aufgaben- ist auch eine Thema: es gibt eine "Lucke" nach Umsteigen von 2 nach 3 Version- die Daten werden nicht korrekt übernommen so dass Rest soll per Hand eingetragen werden. Blöd ist es weil die Projekte, die 2-3 Jahren schon gedauert, mit allem drum und dram (Aufgaben, Notizen, Termine etc.) nicht mehr nachvollziebar!

thank you that you are taking care of problems!
I wait for at least 3.2 version to upgrade.

any update but some bugs fixed new bugs related to it.

The Problem:
- When I write a new email, texts paste, and has to Save- as draft texts are not saved.
- But when I write a response, and then save it as a Draft-stay my changes get.
- It does not matter whether the mailbox using IMAP or POP (I Handle multiple mailbox)

"parent_id" is variable in php and not a table field.
There is another problem with assigning work areas unless the error in php code in Taskcontroller.class.php

this variable "parent_id" is used in areas of workspaces assignment. The assignment is on the table "fo_sharing_table".
1. Test please first check all tables in the data base by, optimize, repair with phpMyAdmin
2. in FO go in admin area to workspaces and all workspaces check for assignment

In memory of e mail draft the written text was not saved and opening of new draft is blank document.

The same problem even if the mails forwarded shall- of the Annex is gone when saving.

Please, can anyone help?
Is it a bug in plugin or you can correct them yourself?

Остаюсь с ФО, пока нет приемлимой альтернативы и функционал устраивает вполне.
Кто знает: в бесплатной версии есть много интересных фишек, в принципе она подготовлена на большее, чем мы пока пользуемся.
вопрос, есть ли возможность самому некоторые из них активировать?
Кто нибудь пробовал?
Я думаю, всем будет интересно, кто так или иначе пытался "подпилить" для себя.

Предлагаю создать веточку для таких "допилов":

1. Сортировка проектов по предложеной схеме : "не выполнено, сегодня итд." не даёт возможности не показывать проекты, которые по той или иной причине задерживаются с выполнением на неопределённое время (дату выполнения не поставить).

- добавлено в скрипт сортировки: "не активные"
сейчас проекты с датой выполнения 00.00.0000 показываются отдельно и не мозолят постоянно глаза.

если кому будет интересно- сообщите- выставлю "допил".
