How To's / delete all email of 1 workspace

Is there a way to delete all email of a certain workspace? (Theyr'e more than 6000... so checking "all" 50 and hitting 'move to trash' is not really an option) :-)

Contrary to your post of March 8, 2011 templates do still not include subtasks. Forgotten? Bug?

And, related to your post of Cabeza from June 17, 2010 Swift is -again- not up to date. This means, people with TLS authetication will not be able to use fengoffice for sending emails.

(BTW for everyone else: simply replace the "lib" folder within library/swift/ with the up-to-date version, for security keep the orginal somewhere)

Things generally seem faster on the fresh install, but of course this depends on the data...

And: what happened to the "people" pane? The contact's information is mostly not shown anymore(i.e. linked objects!!)
You can't link object from here anymore!
You don't see recent activity.
You can't "close" the pane anymore.

Ok, sorry this is a bit chaotic, I'm swapping back and forth between the new BETA, the old install (1.7.5) and this forum ;-)

Yes you can link to a contact, but the links will not show up in the contact's pane. (You need to "edit" the contact and open the "linked objects" to access the information.)
This is, depending on the approach (or workflow) essential. I want to have an overview of the past activity when contacting a customer.
And I think emails and events with invitations should then link automatically to the apprpriate contact.

See funnela which does this marvellously!

I hope this feature will make it, as it only requires a minimal change.

It would be nice to see all related actions to a contact when viewing the contact itself.
i.e. see all recent emails, see events (meetings) with contact, not only linked objects. (or alternatively automatically link all emails and events to corresponding contact)

AFAIK there is, for the moment, no way at all to see all conversation with one contact, right? (yes, I can search, but then it shows all messages CONTAINING the contacts name/email)

How To's / unsent Emails

Hi,
when lgging in to fengoffice, I get a notification about 4 unsent Emails. But I can't find them anywhere...? (They don't show up in the outbox)
How can I get rid of this notification, how can I access and delete the unsent emails?

A dropdown button "Create related..." in the "actions" box would be perfect.

How To's / email: reply works, new doesn't

Hello,

I'm encountering a problem sending emails:

- I have 2 accounts (gmail, exchange)
- gmail works fine

When I reply to an email, the appropriate "from" address is used for sending. (gmails send from gmail, exchange-mails send from my exchange address.)

So far perfect.

BUT: when I compose a new message and choose the exchange address as "from", then the email will not be sent. It remains in the outbox, even when I press "send outbox". On fengoffice startup I get an error message about the unsent message.

So, I can reply from both addresses but cannot compose a new mail from the exchange address.

Has someone encountered this problem? Is there a setting I might have overlooked?

How To's / send email to chosen contacts

Hello,

this is my first post! :-)

Maybe I'm being stupid... I need to send an email to either:

- all contacts of a workspace
or
- selected contacts

I can select the contacts but I cannot find an option to send an email to them.

Is there a way?
