When I'm in task detail view and click "Save as template", my new task template will loose the "Properties" and the "Linked objects" of the original task. (OpenGoo 1.0).

The problem I tried to describe is just the other way round: I DON'T want to send an e-mail, but after saving the checkbox is activated again.

When I switch off "Send email notification to user" for a task and save, the next time I edit the task this option is checked again.

The issue trackers I mentioned above have more features than tasks in OpenGoo. For a project of that size I would recommend a system that is more focused on bugtracking. But it could work with OpenGoo, too.

This is not a feature request for OpenGoo itself but for it's development process: Submitting bugs by a forum is not ideal, neither for the submitter nor for the developer.

I guess you are right. As far as I understand it, workspace permissions are not inherited to all users of a client company (they are only removed from all users of a client company if you remove them from the company itself).

I can see that it's a problem to manage the permissions of many users. Let's hope that user groups are becoming more flexible in OpenGoo 1.1.

If you check in a document by uploading a new revision, then you have the opportunity to give it a new filename. But this new filename is not stored when you click the button "Checkin file"

Tags are usually displayed in the detail view (properties). Not so for contacts who represent a person. (Companies are fine.)

I'm still checking this, but it seems that the edit history does not work properly. Some changes I made on a contact weren't recorded at all.
And when I assign a contact to a workspace, the entry in the history reads "'XY' assigned to project" (probably a leftover from activeCollab which had projects).
