Installation problems / document links dead

I did a move of our opengoo system to a new domain, same DB, unfortunately now my documents do not show. the link is there and i don't get an error, they are either scrambled, showing missing link or can be d/l but do not open. like they are corrupted, but I tried uploading them 3 times.
could there be another problem at work here?

Feature requests / milestones in agenda

At the moment it is impossible to see the workspace of a milestone when viewing the milestone in the agenda view.
Is it possible to also show the workspace (in our case the client name) to which the milestone is coupled? At least as a rollover due to space constrictions.

Installation problems / move not working

Hello,

I'm trying to move a 1.5.3 installation from one domain to the other. (same cluster server, just a different url)
the DB address and login credentials are the same, only the url changes,
somehow I get a white screen. nothing shows, not html is being generated.

I did what it says on http://wiki.opengoo.org/doku.php/installation
still no results.

any ideas? maybe I should trash something?

Older versions / drag&drop tasks between milestones and the statusbar

drag&drop tasks between milestones doesn't update the little progressbar (or the numerical representation) next to the milestone name. So if I move a group of 10 tasks to another milestone, the old milestone should show minus 10 tasks and the new one plus 10.

As the title suggest, this feature request is for the possibility to add time to a task or workspace on someone else's behalf.  This would be useful for a project manager gathering hours worked over the phone for instance.

How To's / report general timeslot empty

Hi,

I'm trying to get a time report on general timeslots I am entering, plus all tasks done for that workspace, but i seem to get only general timeslot info from the time tab, and only task info from the reporting tab. any way to combine them ?

Feature requests / NOT assign new user to personal workspace

At the moment there's a choice to add a new (personal) workspace for a new user, or choose an existing one.
Can there be a third option: no personal workspace? There are freelancer that work on a project, and I would like to give them access to that project (workspace) only.

How To's / e-mail send problem

First of all. just installed 1.5.1 and it seems like a great update already.
One thing I'm still not able to do is send e-mail. all smtp settings are correct (I'm using this account for quite a while without problems anywhere now), but still OG tells me "Error: Error while sending mail. Possibly wrong SMTP settings."

anyone else has this problem (and got it fixed?)

would it be  nice idea to have some global contacts?
the owners of my company, and some other people should actually be accessible from every workspace. like a global contact, without the need to add these people to every new workspace (client).

1.4 final / Sunday shows a week early

Hi,

I'm in Holland, and today is sunday. Now when I select today in calendar view by clicking the 'go to' button, and then on the red bordered date of today, it shows last week!

I had the same kind of problem a while back in the dashboard view, but that's fixed in this version 1.4.2.
any relationship there ?

btw, i did change these 2 lines for the DST fix:

How To's / calender events for everyone within workspace

How can I add events that are visible to the whole workspace without sending
everyone an invitation? To add this invite I need to press 'edit event details' for each event and add the invitations (and uncheck send mail).
I just want to share my events with my whole internal group as default, not just me

1.4 beta / Daylight / one hour off

I guess it's all part of the same problem but even after updating to 1.4.2 I do not see the right time in the iCal export.
In thunderbird and on Mac iCal I get all events and appointments one hour early. This is a feature I use alot, so it would be nice if there would be a fix, or even a 'quick and dirty' fix for now.

Any chance on this ?

Older versions / progress bar in milestone

When I look at the progress bar of one of the milestones, it shows 1/3 tasks done, BUT one of those tasks is in the trash, so only 2 tasks show in the list.
Wouldn't it be more logical if those tasks where left out?

How To's / All active tasks

What is "All active tasks" in the time tab supposed to do?
I haven't seen anything happen there. The help says it should show me the active tasks assigned to me, but it doesn't ?
Btw, they DO show up in the pending tasks on the overview page.
