How To's / Re: 1.5 Calendar Subscription Missing
« on: August 03, 2009, 04:50:06 pm »
I'm going to assume this feature has been removed then. Any plans to bring it back? We're going to downgrade as it is essential. Will search through the code to figure out how to implement it in newer versions.

How To's / 1.5 Calendar Subscription Missing
« on: July 28, 2009, 01:05:03 pm »
Hi,

In 1.4.x I can click the icon at the right edge of the calendar (in the top bar where the name is, such as July 2009 - All Users) to get the link to subscribe to the calendar and the sub workspaces. I don't see this at all in 1.5. Has it been removed, moved?

Feature requests / Acknowledgement and Subscriber Notices
« on: June 11, 2009, 02:48:24 pm »
It would be wonderful if, when a task is assigned, if the assignee could acknowledge they've seen it (and the assigner would be informed that it has been acknowledged.)

Also, when a task is sent out, it would be good if the initial send out could be sent to subscribers as well (notifying them of the task and that they are subscribed to it.)

1.3 final / Re: Cannot End Work
« on: March 24, 2009, 10:20:59 am »
l'm having the same issue... just started happening. i am pretty sure it is related to a recent PHP 5.6.9 upgrade my web host did...

My host hasn't upgraded their version of PHP. We are on 5.2.6, as we are with OpenGoo 1.2 and this function still works in versions of OpenGoo earlier than 1.3 on our server.

1.3 final / Cannot End Work
« on: March 20, 2009, 11:15:54 am »
I can press the Start Work button for a task and the time get's going. I cannot, however, end work. I press the button and I get a blank area where the task was with the "Back" button at the top. I return to the task and the timer is still running.

How To's / Re: Customizing Email Notifications
« on: March 14, 2009, 10:45:49 am »
Ok, will have a look. Our dream task email would be something like this:

Subject - {Workspace} - {Task Title}
From: projects@whateveryourdomain.com

Email Body
Workspace: {Workspace Name}
Task: {Task Title}
Assignee: {Assignee}
Subscribers: {Subscribers}
Start Date: {Start Date}
Due Date: {End Date}

Task Description
{Task Description}

{Task Link}

Our dream comment email would be something like this:

Subject - Comment -  {Workspace} - {Task Title}
From: projects@whateveryourdomain.com

Email Body
Workspace: {Workspace Name}
Task: {Task Title}
Assignee: {Assignee}
Subscribers: {Subscribers}
Start Date: {Start Date}
Due Date: {End Date}

Comment
{Comment Description}

{Comment Link}

Ideas / Re: Add a Prefix to mail Notifications Subject

We'd love to see the Workspace in the subject line. Is there a quick way to do that?

How To's / Customizing Email Notifications
« on: January 28, 2009, 09:39:55 pm »
Great application.
We have a need to include the entire content of a task, milestone, or comment in the notification emails that go out. We haven't found anyway to do this within the system and was wondering what .php files we could manipulate to include this content in email notifications.
