Вы сталкивались с тем, что определяешь плагин менеджер в конфиг пхп как тру, а он все равно в настройках не появляется?

I've added define(‘PLUGIN_MANAGER’, true); to config.php but there is still no plugin manager in administrative panel.
Feng Office 3.0.3 php version 5.6
