Getting Started / not all emails are downloaded

Hi, I have just installed feng on my webserver and I have setup 2 email accounts. But when I start "check emails" only some mails are receiving. And most time I try I get the error message: error 500 internal server error.

What can I do that all emails will be downloaded ??
