Update:

I was able to succesfully test connectivity with the database through a script, so the database is not the issue.

Hi all:

I am trying to install Opengoo on our ISP. I uploaded all the files to our ISP and started the installation. First we received an http 500 error that we overcame by deleting the .htacess file. The database has been previously created on MySQL 5. Once we enter the database information on step 3 and click next. nothing happens, no errors and the screen goes back to where we need to enter the database information again. I have tried recreating the database many times, changing the password, etc, but no luck so far.

I also tried with Opengoo ver. 1.0 and same problem. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
