How To's / Task not getting assigned to workspace

We are using Feng Office 2.2.4.1 (open source version).
We have created a company and added a user (manager) to the company.

Here we are unable to add a Task under a Workspace.
Can you please let us know how to add a Task under a Workspace as well as see the Tasks added by clicking on Workspace name.

How To's / Showing user specific data

We are using Feng Office 2.2.4.1 (open source version).
We have created a company and added a user (manager) to the company. We want that when this user logs in to fengoffice he see only his company data and no other data, he must not see users of other companies, any data of other company. He should see only his company data.

Let us know what to do for this.

Also, we want the added user to be able to add workspace and tasks under the workspace. By clicking on a workspace he must see the tasks added in that workspace.

Please advise how to setup fengoffice for this.

I am using the fengoffice community edition and i tried adding a new tab using an iframe.
The tab is showing but clicking the tab it is not displaying the link set for the tab.
