Feng Office 3 / ics Export for all Events

Hi all,
in Month-View i can see all the Events of everyone.
But the ICS Feed (URL for Calendar feed), imported in Outlook or Thunderbird (or even plain Download) only shows Events i'm invited.

Is there a way, to get the filters for the export set to the current user settings, or to hack Feng to exoprt all the events (as shown in month view) via the feed?

Update 2:
Tried to upgrade to Feng 3.2-rc: Still the same Events are not displayed in week or day view.
Selecting the specific Workspacees of all Events in Monthview, shows all Events correctly...

Update:
All Events are Listed in Reports.
It look like the Report ignores the Timezone-Settings. All Events are 2 hours off.
Still I have no Idea, why the Events are not shown in Weekly or Daily View.
Help would be much appreciated! If needed I can give more detailed informations....

Feng Office 3 / Missing Events

Hy there,
we setup a new 3.x community instance of fengoffice.

Since a few day we found out, there are events missing in the week and day view of the calendar.
The Month view states there are 2 and five more events.
But Week and Day view only display one more events. 3 events (acutally all the same, because users entered the events 3 times now) are not shown.
I can find the events in the Database, but i can not find anything wrong with them...

Any one else having this problem?

Das Problem tritt auch im Januar 2012 auf. Und wahrscheinlich bei allen Monaten, bei denen der 1. ein Sonntag ist.

EDITH hat einen bugreport erstellt.

Development / Modify Email Notification

Hi all,
after changing an event, i get the email notification.
I'd like to modify its subject and message. I'd like to add the date of the event to the subject and message part.

Can someone tell me what file8s) i have to modify and if/how i can access the events date value?

Deutsch / Fehlender 1. Mai

Hallo Zusammen,
bei meiner feng-installation scheint der 1. Mai zu fehlen.

Ich habe den Montag als erster Tag der Woche konfiguriert.
In der Monatsansicht des April, ist der erste Mai noch ganz unten Rechts zu finden. Wenn ich in den Mai wechsle, beginnt der Monat mit dem 2. Mai (Montag).

Kann das jemand bestätigen und ggf. ein Ticket eröffnen?

Hallo Harald,
FO kann die Zeitzone "automatisch" erkennen (nehme mal an vom Browser, oder der IP Adresse).
Bei unserer Installation/Umgebung hat dies aber eher schlecht als recht funktioniert. Zumal Daten die vor der Zeitumstellung erfasst wurden (also in MEZ) nach der Umstellung falsch dargestellt wurden.

Wir haben nun das "Autodetect Timezone" deaktiviert und alle Benutzer arbeiten mit MEZ (Winterzeit, Keine MESZ!).

Achtung: Die Autodetect einstellungen kann sowohl der User selber, als auch der Admin vornehmen.
Am besten guckst du mal in die DB.

Hi niels,
did you took al look into the database. what are the stored values, do they corrrespond to the values shown in the application.
did you try to run a test instance of fo and reproduce the problem there.
is the server date/time set correctly?

just some ideas from my side....

did you check the timezone settings of the useraccount?
isn't there a autodetection of the user timezone?

Hallo Bernd,
wenn es dir nur um Kalender (ggf. mit Mail) geht, ist ev. Sunbird (Lightning im Thunderbird) eine Variante für dich.
Du kannst die Kalender ins Netz/auf einen Server legen (braucht aber Schreibrechte).
Also Sunbird herunterladen:

Anleitung für dav mit Apache:

und Kalender aus dem Netz einbinden.

kanns gerade nicht testen, aber können die privaten Arbeitsbereiche nicht vom Administrator direkt unter "Alles" angelegt/verschoben werden?
Dann müssten ev. die anderen Familienmitglieder jeweils "eingeladen" werden um einen Termin "öffentlich" zu machen.
vielleicht liege ich auch falsch, war einfach mal ne idee.

wie wäre es, wenn du für jedes Familienmitglied einen eigenen unter-Arbeitsbereich mit eigener Farbe anlegen würdest?

I'd like to support the copy/paste idea, but for events.
We have 3 weekly events. but repeating events are not the solution, because the description may change per date and not for all reocurring event. so copy/past would be a nice "workaround" and very helpfully :-)

So, I "patched" my system:
Changed  fengoffice\application\controllers\MailController.class.php
Line 417 $mail->setIsPrivate(true); to $mail->setIsPrivate(false);

And updated the Database to change all "IsPrivat" values in MailContents table to from 1 to 0.

Now i can see sent and draft mail... hope this helps anyone.
would be great to get some feedback on this.
