Do you mean a white browser screen of a white workspace screen?

For the latter I have a simple solution.

How To's / Multiple tags selection
« on: February 07, 2010, 07:36:06 pm »
I would like to know how to implement the ability to click multiple tags to allow for greater filtering of objects.
Please inform me how to approach this in the code, where to start, tips and tricks.

Today I tried to use the spell checker within the new document editor, Feng Office version 1.6.2.
The spell checker works fine but after closing the spell checker the FengOffice interface doesn't work correct.
Try for example Save As and you will see  ... nothing happens.
Using Save does save it (most of the times) but no message appears.

Try to go Back doesn't work either or gives a blank screen.

Hitting F5 reloads the interface.

Please advice how to proceed with using the spell checker.

Best regards,

Older versions / All tags removed after edit and saving a document
« on: December 02, 2009, 07:06:20 am »

First I want to thank you all for providing such a great tool.

I was testing 1.6RC and I noticed that all tags are removed (same behaviour as in 1.5.3) after editing and saving a document.

I am not sure if this is a bug or a feature.

Please advice how to keep the tags assigned to a document after edit and saving it.

Best regards,

Are you sure that the directory ./tmp and ./tmp/backup is writeable for user apache (use e.g filezilla to do a chmod 777 on the directories)?

Hi, I had the same problem.
The problem is that Joomla and OpenGoo use both "id" in their cookie.

The solution is very simple, just define the following setting in ./config/config.php

define('COOKIE_PATH', '/<fill here your topdirectry of OpenGoo>');

define('COOKIE_PATH', '/opengoo');

Did you try to just delete the autoloader.php file in de cache directory?
When it is not there it will generated automaticlly.

What you also can try is chmod 777 on the directories backup and saveatt in tmp.

When I uploaded OpenGoo via ftp, this solved my backup problem (err code 1).

Announcements / OpenGoo 1.4.2 released
« on: June 17, 2009, 03:15:25 pm »
This morning we met Conrado ViƱa in Amsterdam Central Station and discussed about OpenGoo. He also mentioned the 1.4.2. release.

From sourceforge:
Another bugfix release for version 1.4. Bugs fixed for this release include:
- Error 500 when adding contacts
- Tasks view showed due date instead of start date
- Editing an event on the 31st of a month would show it on the 1st of the month
- An error when making backups.
- 'Number of tasks to display' config option is now working.
- When creating a user from a contact it wasn't being linked to the contact
You can download at:

After clicking on the event, does the screen showsup with the details? If so you can click on the first choice "Edit item" in the Actions dialog (top righthand).

Any luck?

Yesterday I has a simular problem, but with return code 1.

Connecting to an existing database  from another installation solved the problem.
So, I reinstalled the package with a fresh datbase and now it is working. Don't ask why.

Selecting a workspace shown in the small pop-up box next to top workspace All (placing the mouse on All opens this small box with selectable workspaces) doesn't open this workspace. No problem in FF.

In the next minor update of 1.4 (1.4.1) I assume?

How To's / Re: Show workspace users
« on: May 24, 2009, 06:08:56 am »
That is not the problem.
I can login as a user and work inside the workspace.
However, when I select Overview is show the widget calander, notes etc and the widget with the description of the workspace.

The only thing I don't see is the names of my colleagues who are also assigned to this workspace.

As an administrator I can see the names of the users (in de Overview tab) of each workspace.

If I login as an administrator I can see the users of each workspace.

However, if I login as a regular user I can't see my colleagues inside the same workspace? Why not?
