Feng Office 2 / No "Related To" link when editing users

Greetings;

I'm using FO 2.3.0. When editing the record of a person who is also a system user (they have a login account), there is no "Related To" link to set the Workspaces where that person's information will be visible.

This is not flexible.

Please help.

Ideas / Timeline Display for Workspaces

There is an open source, BSD license code here:

 It is described as a "DHTML/AJAX Web Widget for Visualizing Temporal Data" This thing displays a scrollable timeline.  It's a great way to visualize events over a timeline.

It is comprehensive enough to display all objects and actions in a workspace, including document add, checkout & checkin and the duration of the checkout, if it is long enough to display as more then a point in the timeline.   You could even display user access changes (probably only want to display those to administrators).

This would provide a time based overview of workspaces.  Could be pretty useful!

Ideas / Metadata Search Function

Greetings!

My idea is this, a dedicated search function on html documents, coupled with the ability to create custom fields that are numeric, or drop down menus.

With that, the user could define "search template" documents with custom fields that could be attached to anything, contacts, companies, or uploaded files.  The dedicated search would use these "search templates" as forms for the search criteria.  When searching, these forms would provide AND, OR and NOT logic to the custom field values.

That would provide a framework to add rich metadata to any OpenGoo object, and to be able to search for that metadata.

What do you think?
