Older versions / Problems with moving email-temp-files

I installed FengOffice on a Debian (Etch). I'm using Plesk to controll my resources.
If I create an E-Mail account and get new mails, it says that the temp file couldn't be moved from tmp folder. The folder's chmod is 777. I also tried to remove the temp folder and create it new.
The problem i got, is that created tmp-files are NOT with chmod 777!
Is there a way to set 777 to standart chmod for tmp/ ?
