Feng Office 3 / Can't Add Contacts / Users to Event Invitations

Version 3.2.3 and 3.3-rc
When adding a new Event, selecting Event Invitations gives a clickable "Subscribe invited users" and "Send email notifications" check-box, but no users or contacts.
