How To's / feng office 1.7.5 ... administrator password forgotten. help me.

i cannot login as administrator. because i forgotten my password. i change pw, then forgotten kk.
how can i change password using mysql?
i got hashed passwords /BVUAUQNRVldQCFEEVApWVAFRAVY=/ from user_passwords table. can i decrypte the password?
or any another way to get administrator password? reset, forgot link is not in login page. i wondering ...
