Older versions / [1.5.3] Event is sending 2 emails !!

When I create a new event, all the invited people actually get 2 (TWO) emails.
The first mail is how is used to be where you can click  just 1 link.
The second mail is where you click the NO link and the YES link
I think this is some "leftovers" when I have upgraded somewhere down the road. But how do I stop this? I only need 1 email I have now access to a sms gateway, so I am paying double now due to this

Installation problems / 1.5.0 > 1.5.1 empty startup SOLVED!

After upgrading from 1.5 to 1.5.1 I now have a empty startscreen, and I am not able to get into anything at all. (see attached image)
It is the same in both Firefox and Iexplore.
I have following error from Iexplorer.

Feature requests / Default user values

Hi all, and thanks for a great program.
I am running a soccer team with this program, and thinking about using it for the whole club, which mean approx 20 teams...
Anyway.. at this moment I am using it only for one team, and believe me... there is a lot of functions that is able to confuse some of the users 
I wish:
1) that it was possible to change the language for all users, og let's say a list of existing users, and then i click the ones where the language should change to in this case Danish.(also that it was possible to mark as default value for future users)
2) 24 hour format  (also that it was possible to mark as default value for future users)
3) Calenderview default value monthview (did that all by my self with phpmyadmin) also that user only can see their own calendar. Sometimes users click to another, and then they call and ask me why there calendar is empty. hmm 
4) when they accept an event, that the users own name is located beside the other names ( a lot of people is asking my why they can not see them self.. and then i explain that they can see the answer they gave in the top.. but still 12 out of 30 has asked me that...)
So basicly I want more functions as a administrator to make it more simple for the users...
Do you understand this? It is a little bit hard to explain in english.
I have attached a image, where it was a succes for me to change the "viewmonth" but not the language... so I am not a shark within database programming...

Older versions / New event, but no emails is being sent?????

Thought the new version was perfect, so I have just made a new event, marked a group with 20 guys, and marked them with email invitations, saved the event.. but no emails is going out??? When testing the mail test message under administration it works fine....

So what should I look fore? Going to debug mode?
Tried debug mode... NO ERRORS SHOWN.
Looked at the error.log from server and there is the one linie again and again:

/var/www/vhosts/firedog.dk/httpdocs/public/assets/themes/default/stylesheets/custom.css, referer: http://www.firedog.dk/public/assets/themes/default/stylesheets/website.css

Damn.. I am under pressure again.

Installation problems / Fatal error

Oh YES:. finally.. after I have struggled with the error, that when I was making an event, og press saved.. then the program should send out email, but all I got was a blanck screen... Now i have deleted all files through FTP, reinstalled, backup datavase.. still same problem..
Then I learned to set debug as true in config.php, and now it makes this error!
So what to fix here?

Have been following all the advices.. and now there error has changed too
(happens when i click send out invitations, and then save")

How To's / Deleted a contact and user, now event will not be shown

I deleted a user/contact person which was invited to a event. I logged in as him, saying NO to the event, then I logged on a administrator and deleted him, because he is not active anymore. But now the event can be seen in the calender, but I am not able to open it anymore.. please tell me what I do.. I tried to restore the contact from the recycle bin,  but this can not be done when we are talking about the user... Do I need to make some hardcore with PPHmyadmin... I think the problem is that there is some relations between the event and the deleted user?

I'm not sure if this is planned. Otherwise I could use it.
Using the OpenGoo as a sportsclub management, a poll/voting is often used.
actually the poll on this bulletin board could do the trick.

Installation problems / Back up configurations

Hi all. I'm done with the danish "Sports club version" and Would like to make the back up function work. I get the error message
"Error while creating database backup. Check MYSQLDUMP_COMMAND constant."


I am not sure what to change here

Dansk / Tranlate.php This tool is disabled? version 1.1

At the new version (1.1) I get the screen when trying to activate the translate.php

Hi all. I am making a translation into Danish www.firedog.dk
But I am making the translation with more personally words, and to be used for sports club , meaning Company is Club, Company Clients are teams, contacts are players etc. If anybody wants some of that, just contact me.

Getting Started / Structure in the setup.

I just installed this very nice software, and I want to use as  soccer team manager tool, for approx 5 teams.
So I set it up as follow:
1.Company (Main adress of the club.)
2.Client Company(One for each team)
3.User (one for each team plus administrator)
4.Groups (Adminstrators, teamleaders, players)
When I then go to company and then choose client company] i have both users and contacts beneath? what is the difference between thoose?
Basicly i want to set up a match, and the invite ex. 28 players, the first 14 that answers is playing. Furthermore i would like to phonenumbers, adresses and emails for all players (This i have under contacts, but not the users?)
Please advice.
