Getting Started / Databse Flow Chart

I am looking for a diagram of how the database table associate with each other.  What I want to do is tho pull the miles stones and tasks using my own code but it will need to be by project.  So if I could get a flowchart of how the tables link that would be great. 

For example I want to show on a page of my own code all the milestones and tasks for project a but I want to group these in a timeline with some custom css and so on.
