Feature requests / more customized to periodically tasks in the calendar

Problem is to periodically, which is not a date, but to the day of the week, month, etc. For example last Sunday in March, or the third Monday in April.
The possibility of such planning problems are well implemented in WebCalendar
It would be nice to have that kind of OpenGoo.
