Ideas / collaborative email access

I think about a group email account like in SugarCRM i.e.

I can image different way to set this up.

A) Possibility to link a certain Email Account of a user to a certain workspace. I.e: I configure the email acount team@example.com in my user space and link it the the workspace "team". So, every member of team workspace can access the incoming emails.

B) Group Email Account which is linked to a group workspace
What about the possility to configure a "group user" (like in SugarCRM). A group user can not log in but a group user can have a Email Account, which is linked to a certain "group" or client workspace. Every user in this group can access the group email account. Email is requeste by cron job.

1.4 final / export ignores workspace filter

I did export all contacts from one choosen workspace. I expected to export only the contacts in my view. But the export function grabbed all system wide contacts. Is this expected behavior?

1.4 final / too long string for data field adress?

I imported data sets. The adress field contains long strings like "c/o Venue for this and that and that and this Inc. at Example Street 40". All is shown correctly in preview or edit mode.
I did a export. Data of companies with this kind of long strings are exporte in two to four lines, which makes the csv file unusable.

1.4 final / search a short string problem

If I use the search looking for a company named "ZKW" or "Tor 3" or something like that short, search doesn't give any result. So I have trun over the pages... Is this expected behavier?

Feature requests / Data Field Salutation in Contacts

Contacts could be male or female and thats good to know for salutation. I missing a data field in contacts to store this. Could be a drop down: Mr - Ms - What do you thing?

1.4 final / Complete the installation

I've worked with opengoo for 1h. Than it logged me off. A log in pop up appears. But a can't get back in. Now it says: Complete the installation "This is the final step of the installation process that will let you create administrator account and provide brief info about your company" ... very strange. (v1.4.2)

user is restricted to not edit contacts. but (and thats the bug for me) is able to export and download all contatcs.

How To's / What is contact role in workspace for?

If you edit a contact in a workspace you can put in a "Role in workspace". What is this "role" for? Is it a kind of "job describtion" like "position" or a user rights thing? I think it is the first one, right?
