Feng Office 3 / ics Export for all Events

Hi all,
in Month-View i can see all the Events of everyone.
But the ICS Feed (URL for Calendar feed), imported in Outlook or Thunderbird (or even plain Download) only shows Events i'm invited.

Is there a way, to get the filters for the export set to the current user settings, or to hack Feng to exoprt all the events (as shown in month view) via the feed?

Feng Office 3 / Missing Events

Hy there,
we setup a new 3.x community instance of fengoffice.

Since a few day we found out, there are events missing in the week and day view of the calendar.
The Month view states there are 2 and five more events.
But Week and Day view only display one more events. 3 events (acutally all the same, because users entered the events 3 times now) are not shown.
I can find the events in the Database, but i can not find anything wrong with them...

Any one else having this problem?

Development / Modify Email Notification

Hi all,
after changing an event, i get the email notification.
I'd like to modify its subject and message. I'd like to add the date of the event to the subject and message part.

Can someone tell me what file8s) i have to modify and if/how i can access the events date value?

Deutsch / Fehlender 1. Mai

Hallo Zusammen,
bei meiner feng-installation scheint der 1. Mai zu fehlen.

Ich habe den Montag als erster Tag der Woche konfiguriert.
In der Monatsansicht des April, ist der erste Mai noch ganz unten Rechts zu finden. Wenn ich in den Mai wechsle, beginnt der Monat mit dem 2. Mai (Montag).

Kann das jemand bestätigen und ggf. ein Ticket eröffnen?

Older versions / Mail: No Sent, No draft

Hi there,
we started using the mail-part of og/fo.
System: Linux/apache2/ og1.6.1 (updated from 1.5.3 AND "out of the box")

Actually all the users (exept. admin) can't see their sent and draft mails.
The "foldesr" are empty.

I switched from POP to IMAP, same problem.
A look into the DB shows mail_content entries with a "state" values ranging from 0 to 5.  The state (2) and modified dates in the DB are ok.
I can see the mail in draft if i change the "is_privat" value from 1 to 0.

will examinate the sent problem later.

any ideas?? help, input appreciated! :-)

How To's / Update/Cache Time

Hi there,
on my OG/feng installation, it often takes up to 5 min to update opjects.
Say, I upload a document: no errors, but the document is only shown after 2-5minutes.
Same with linking objacts. the links are set but appear on the screen minutes later.

is there a way, to speed up the display refresh. are there any cache settings that may help?
I actually dont think it's the server performance.

How To's / 1.6.1: Administration - New mail account - Account permissions

Hi there,
would it be possible to give premissions to other users then those in the own company?

I have 3 Companies with several users each. I'd like to setup some general accunts for teams. Temas may contain users from all companies.

Wold be cool, if the permission would work on groups or single users.

BTW: THANKS for 1.6.,1 works great. Update worked without any problems after 2 min work :-)

Feature requests / Reporting - Workspace Role as Parameter

Hi there,
it would be nice, to have the possibilitity to diplay the Workspace Role of contact in the Contact.Reports.
it would even by nicer, if the Role could be used as a parameter.

Feature requests / Insertags in Documents

How about "insertTags" in documents.
Let say i want so write a letter or an other document containin informations that are already stored in an opengoo object (event, contact, task).
It would be very nice, if i could link this objet to the document and include the informations via a place holder.

Scenario:
Letter to cutomer:
-> new document -> save
-> edit document preferences and link a contac tto the document
-> edit the documents sourcecode and insert somethin like {{contact::name}}
-> like the other tags {{object::parameter}} shall be replaced with the value from the database.

What do you think??

Older versions / edit Event

Hi,
when editing an event with a different dateformat set (user settings -> date format [d.m.Y]) the Datepicker doesn't show the date of the event.
I didn't test what happens if you press save, but it doesn't seem to work properly.
It works when the date format is reset to d/m/Y
The date come completly wrong when the format is set to m/d/Y.

May be one of the german users can verify this with localised date settings.
