Feng Office 3 / You must choose at least one member of Workspaces

I do not know what has happened but we can no longer add templates into workspaces.

Feng Office 3 / Should not be called statically

Had this problem since we switched from 2.x to 3.x.
log.php fills up and we have a cronjob each night erasing it. So instead of this workaround maybe I should ask here why these errors comes up.
We have had problems all the time since 3.x series. We always in a "workaround" mode here.

Feng Office 2 / Tags is missing from templates

When creating templates, the attached tag to the object/item is not included.
We have projects that we create from templates, each item has a tag so it is easier to view and find the item.
In version 1.7.5 the tag was included in the template but starting from 2.x it is not. Creating a new project from template will result in no tags.
Same for all or just my installation of Feng Office?

How To's / Knowledge Management System

I need to have a knowledge database set up and it exist a range of different ways to do this. Wikis is really good for this of course. There also exist real FAQ and Knowledge Management Systems that can do this.
On way is of course to use Feng, but am not sure this is the best way. Am currently using Feng for other stuff, so it would be good if all the knowledge I collect is within Feng.

So, how should I organize this for the best setup? Should I use ODF/ODT or html documents in Feng? More possibilities with Open Document standard, but I guess Feng does not index the content. Meaning, search function will not be so good.

Am looking for someone that is having KM system in Feng that can tell how you/they have done it

I upgraded to v1.7.4 and the "Remember me for 14 days" does not apply. Next day we arrive at work, we have to login again.
How can I troubleshoot this?

Feature requests / Always send valid XHTML 1.0 emails

Hi there
I would like to see a perfect html email that is a valid XHTML 1.0 Strict format when sending. This way I will always know that the person I send the email to, will see it as I see it.

It's so little left to get valid XHTML code.
Adding this to all outgoing emails, will make the html part validate against http://validator.w3.org.

How To's / Remove all emails

I tested the email module (1.7.2) and imported to many folders. So I now want to remove 1500 emails. How can I do this?

I removed the email account when I realized the email count was +400. There was an option to delete all emails so I choose that one. But the emails are still there.

Getting Started / Timezone wrong in cron jobs

Hello
The timezone is shown in GMT time when I get event reminders by email. The text in the email has the GMT time instead of the users timezone.
