Feng Office 2 / deleting workspaces

HI there, i am testing version 2 release 3 and can not delete or re-name a workspace. When I go into my administrator account and look at my permissions i can see that i have all permissions enabled to read, write edit or delete. Any suggestions.

Also i noticed that the overview page does not have the calendar and overview of all of my notes tasks etc, has this been removed for the new version or am i supposed to set this up?

How To's / questions re feng office

Hi there, i have a few questions about Feng office, can anyone let me know if this can also be used as a CRM where i can track conversations with customers or is it mainly a project management tool?

Also I hear that a new version is coming out soon, the new layout looks cool, is there any plans to have the calendar view on the overview page displayed similar to MS Outlook  Weekly view where you can view the whole week and what you have scheduled?

Lastly when is V2 scheduled to roll out of the beta version, is it planned for a few weeks, months or 6 months away? Just looking for an indication.

Older versions / Missing Data

HI there we installed open goo several weeks back and populated it with data, this morning we logged in to find that there was no data in the system at all...

It like we havent entered anything except for workspaces. Everything else is gone including tasks, notes discussions, the lot.

Can anyone suggest what may have gone wrong???
