Feng Office 2 / Missing email tab?

Hi team,
 I've installed a fresh version of FO 2.5
There is no email tab. Plugin manager says it is installed and active.

In Administration/Tabs, all Tabs are listed and checked, apart from email.... It is not listed in the tabs list.

I have deactivated mail plugin, reactivated. no change.

Any ideas?

Feng Office 2 / Changed logo, now entire site is blank white page.

Hi, was just trialling a fresh installation of FO2b2.
I clicked on the top left of site where it says "click here to change logo".
I selected a small png file. clicked 'upload'... the site then refreshed and I've been met with a blank white page.
The whole site is 'gone'.
Even the login page is now blank white page.
Not sure how to undo what I've done?

How To's / [SOLVED] where can i change Unique ID prefix?

Hi all,
does anyone know where I can change the task's predetermined 'Unique ID prefix from 'ta' to something else that matches our current record keeping?
eg. current task  is 'Unique id: ta238'
would like it to be: 'Unique id: SGT238' or similar
would be good if the reporting could include the id number too.

How To's / [Resolved] prevent duplicate task names

We are trialling feng office as a TV advertisement tracking system in our TV production house.
Each task name must be unique. (each task name is a unique TV advertisement)
How can I stop duplicate entries of task name?
eg. if I enter a task name as TW0025 how can i stop someone entering TW0025 as a new task in the future? is there something I can modify in Mysql?or php script?
