Feng Office 3 / Allow user to be subscribed to other user task without "view other tasks" permis

Hi,
I was trying to find a way to subscriber a user to task that is assigned to some other user, but to prevent the subscribed user to see tasks from other users that he is not subscribed to.
If I don't give the user permission to see the tasks from other users, then I cannot even add is as a subscriber (only assign directly).
Is there a way to accomplish this in community edition ?
I think this would be quite useful option for feng because of the privacy concerns and isolation of users in interface.
This is also directly related to reports, since with permission for "View task from other users", user can see full report of other user activity.
